Privacy Policy

MATCH AE is a UAE-based agent-only property marketplace operated by NHD CRM. Contact: hello@matchae.app.

• Account info: name, email, phone, agency.
• Verification documents: Emirates ID, RERA card (used only for onboarding verification).
• Listings, messages and credit-request history you create.
• Push notification tokens (so we can notify you of new messages).
• Basic device info (OS, app version) for diagnostics.

• Run the marketplace — show your listings, deliver your messages, send push notifications.
• Verify your RERA + Emirates ID before approval.
• Power ARIA insights (e.g. agent history warnings, market comparables).
• Provide support when you ask for it.

Other verified agents see only what you choose to share — your public profile, your listings, and messages you send. Phone numbers and contact details stay private until you explicitly share a contact card. Documents are private and only used by our admin team for verification.

We use Supabase (database & storage), Expo (push notifications), Twilio (OTP delivery) and Anthropic (ARIA AI). We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Email hello@matchae.app to request data export or account deletion. We'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile, listings, messages, and verification documents.

MATCH AE is for licensed UAE real estate professionals. It is not intended for anyone under 18.

We'll notify you in-app and by email when this policy changes meaningfully.
