How to sign up.
1. Download the app
Search MATCH AE on the App Store or Google Play and open it.
2. Upload your documents
Add your Emirates ID (front & back) and your RERA card. ARIA reads them instantly — no manual typing.
3. Verify your email
Enter the one-time code sent to your inbox. Takes under 30 seconds.
4. Add your agency
Tell us which agency you work with so co-brokes are properly attributed.
Tip: developers can register their company separately at matchae.app → Developer Login to list their own projects.

Found a listing you can match? Propose a co-broke directly. ARIA even drafts the proposal. No chasing WhatsApp replies.

Message any agent on any listing. Live unread badges, push notifications, and your phone number stays private until you share it.
Agent reputation
Ghosted or misled? File a complaint. ARIA warns the next agent who deals with a flagged broker.
Vacant-possession tracking
Mark a unit Vacant or Rented, set when it frees up, and get reminded 3 days before it goes vacant — so you line up the next deal.
Credits — how they work.
Credits are how you boost your listings to the top. You hold a balance, spend credits to feature a listing, and request more from admin when you run low.

See your live credit balance on your Profile. It turns red when it runs low so you never get caught out.
Request more
Tap “Request More Credits,” enter an amount and a note. Admin reviews and tops you up — you'll see the new balance instantly.

Every boost is recorded, so you always know what your credits are buying you.
